Terms of use
Last updated: July 3, 2026
We wrote these terms in plain language so you know exactly what you are agreeing to. The wording is under legal review, and if anything here is unclear we would be glad to hear from you through the contact page.
About the service
MySit is a system for running events: RSVPs, seating, finding your table on the day, guest messaging and digital gifts, according to the package you purchased and the services active in it. Using the system means you agree to the terms on this page.
Your account
Opening an account requires accurate, up-to-date details. Keep your sign-in details safe, because anything done from your account counts as done by you. If you think someone else has used your account, tell us right away.
Payments
You pay once per event, based on your guest count and as shown on the pricing page. Payment is processed by Tranzila.
Cancellations and refunds are handled in line with Israeli consumer protection law. If something went wrong, write to us and we will find a fair resolution.
Your guest list and your responsibility for it
You confirm that you are allowed to share your guests' details with us, and that there is nothing preventing invitations and reminders being sent to them on your behalf. A guest who asked to stop receiving messages will not receive any more, and that cannot be overridden.
Fair use
The system may not be used to send offensive or unlawful content, to flood people with messages, or to try to reach information that is not yours. An account that violates this may be blocked.
Gifts
When digital gifts are active for your event, the amounts are collected and passed on to the hosts according to the package terms. Gift amounts are shown to the hosts only.
Availability and liability
We do everything we can to keep the system available and stable, especially on the day of the event itself, but as with any online service there may be faults or short interruptions. Our liability is limited to what the law requires, and we will not be liable for indirect damage caused by use of the service.
Changes to the terms and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time, and the current wording will be published here with its date. Israeli law governs the use of the service, and jurisdiction rests with the courts of Israel.
