Guests type a phone number and see their table
At the hall entrance hangs one designed event code. The guest scans, types their phone number, and sees right away which table to walk to. No line and no notice board.
One code for the whole event
Print one designed entrance sign from the system with the event's scan code, optionally with your own photo at the center. Hang it at the entrance and that is it, no personal notes per guest.
Whoever arrives scans the code with their phone, types the phone number they confirmed with, and gets their table number on screen.
A whole family on one number
When several family members confirmed on the same phone number, typing it shows all of them with each one's table, in shortened names that keep privacy. Everyone knows where to go even when the family is split between tables.
Private and fast
Nobody sees the full guest list, only the table of the number that was typed. And the answer comes instantly, even when a hundred guests are looking up tables in the same minute.
